Large order template

If you have your box, folder or other product information in a spreadsheet format, and need to upload it, we are able to offer this service. You would need to format your order in the format as shown on our template here. The template references all of the information we would need to price and manufacture your items.

Building your product

We will offer all of the information you require to make a decision on what is the best design for your project. As you progress through the product builder you will have access to all of the specification and design information. Unfortunately, we cannot advise specifically which product is suitable for any specific item or purpose.

Box tolerances - Our boxes are precision cut and creased to the dimensions requested, however it is likely due to the nature of the material that there will be +/- 1-5mm difference in the finished box. When specifying a box using external dimensions a tolerance of 5mm is expected. 

The more folds a product has, and the thicker the material is, the finished product tolerance will increase.

Card Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard payment online. Secure payments are handled by Opayo. For security we do not have access to card details. If you have an issue paying online with your card, please contact your bank in first instance. 

Payment by invoice 

Paying by purchase order or pro-forma invoice 

We are able to process orders via pro-forma invoice. Please add the items you require to the basket and once complete use the ‘Request Quotation’ function on the basket page. This will allow you to forward your order details to us. If a pro-forma invoice is required we endeavour to respond within 5 working days. Your order will be made once payment has been received. Invoicing and account payment is handled by our sister company, Preservation Equipment Ltd.  

Combining a boxsite.co.uk order with a Preservationequipment.com order 

On some occasions it is possible to combine boxsite and Preservation Equipment orders together for invoice purposes. For Boxsite orders which include free shipping, this doesn’t cover any additional items from preservationequipment.com, a shipping charge will apply to any additional items. A shipping quotation will be required for combined orders.

Shipping

We ship free of charge to the majority of UK mainland postcodes. There are geographic exclusions which apply. Any special delivery requirements that incur additional costs are not covered by the free shipping policy and we will make contact to request additional payment.

The following postcodes will attract an additional charge for shipping:

AB36/37/38/55/56, FK17-21, HS, IV, KA10/27/28, KW, PO30-41, PA20-78, PH17-50, ZE1-3.

The following postcodes are considered 'Out of area':

BT, IM, TR

Out of delivery area orders

In some circumstances we are able to deliver items overseas or to areas outside of our standard delivery areas. This can be dependent upon the suitability of the order for transport. If no delivery method is available for your order you can forward it to us using the 'Email Basket' function on the basket page, we will then assess the order and provide a quotation for delivery if it is possible.
